TeamString/I Am Not Forgotten's mission is to empower our youth and (community), to reach their full potential by providing them with the resources, support, and guidance they need in order to succeed.

OUR VISION

TeamString/I Am Not Forgotten's vision is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where people from all walks of life can come together to learn, grow, and become empowered to reach their full potential. We will strive to provide mentorship and resources to help individuals develop their skills and reach their goals. We will also work to create an inclusive and diverse community where everyone feels accepted and respected.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE PART OF TEAMSTRING/I AM NOT FORGOTTEN?

1. Commit to having a background check/screening performed by TSIANF

2. Commit to supporting the vision of the organization and of the Executive Director

3. Commit to attending at least 10 out of 12 monthly team meetings (Team meetings are held once per month on the first Monday of each month for 75 - 90 minutes)

4. Commit to participating in 2 annual fundraising activities

5. Commit to serving during 2-3 annual special events hosted by the organization

6. Commit to attending 8 out of 10 Student Mentoring Sessions each season

7. Commit to providing leadership and guidance to 2 students (Male Team Members only)

   • Connect with students once a month by phone or email

   • Connect with students 2-3 times a year in person

   • Prepared to share anything amazing about your students during monthly meetings
